Welcome to WishMaker. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for accessing and using our website and digital surprise creation services. By using WishMaker, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

WishMaker allows users to create personalized digital surprises for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other special moments. Available features may include personalized content and downloadable QR codes.

2. Account and Login

Users sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for using your account appropriately and keeping access to your account secure.

3. Annual Subscription

The annual subscription is priced at ₹49 for one year. An active subscription allows users to create unlimited digital surprises, subject to reasonable technical limitations and applicable law.

The subscription does not automatically renew. After the subscription period expires, users must purchase another subscription to continue accessing subscription features.

4. QR Codes and Digital Surprises

Users may download QR codes generated through the service. Downloading a QR code does not by itself guarantee that the linked surprise will remain available forever. Availability depends on the continued operation of the service and the availability of the linked content.

5. User Responsibilities

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to upload or share any photos, messages, music, or other content. Do not use WishMaker to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

6. Payments and Refunds

Subscription payments are subject to the information presented during checkout and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any non-cancellation or refund restrictions remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep WishMaker available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the service.
